The owner and your “host” Thierry Caulliez has always had a love of the art of cooking which he perfected in 1990 when he was the head chef at the “Relais du lac Noir” in Savoie (The French Alps).

In 2000, Thierry began to fulfil his dream to restore his 19th century family farm into a charming, beautifully restored, four bedroomed “chambres d’hôtesfarm house.
